On September 12, 2024 Yulian Galaz Ramos was sentenced to five years in state prison and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $178,000.00. He was booked into custody and is currently serving his sentence at Sierra Conservation Center in Jamestown California. He will be eligible for parole September 2026. As of December 29, 2024 Slap Ink Custom Shirts is still open. The store is located just a few minutes from Matt Capelouto’s shop Same Day T-Shirt Printing. It is owned by Jeannie Andrade the mother of Yulian Galaz Ramos.
